- All primary and secondary drivers must be 25 year old or older, must hold a G license or equivalent
- $500 deposit or hold on a credit card required for all rentals
- Renter/Driver acknowledges that the vehicle is the property of ASAP Auto Rental Ltd.
- All drivers agree to follow applicable rules and regulations of the region they are driving in
- If customer wishes to use their own insurance coverage, they must provide proof of coverage
- Customer is responsible for parking tickets, tolls, traffic tickets issued while the vehicle is in their possession
- Rental vehicles not to be used to carry persons or property for hire (i.e. Uber, Lyft, Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes, etc.)
- Rental vehicles not to operated by anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- No smoking in rental vehicles; customer may be charged for clean-up if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty
- Rental vehicles are not to be used in the commission of any crime or for any illegal trade or transport
- Rental vehicles are not to be used in a reckless or imprudent manner
- Rental vehicles must be used on a public highway or graded road (not to be driven off road or on dirt roads)
- Rental vehicles and keys are not to be left unsecured
- Rental vehicles are to be returned in the same condition as taken by the renter to ASAP Auto Rental’s premises or place specified on the Rental Agreement at the time specified on the Rental Agreement
- Rental Vehicles not to be driven outside of the province without the prior written consent of ASAP Auto Rental Ltd.
